Board Certified Pediatrician

Dr. Nora Daniel

Dr. Daniel is a  pediatrician with over 30 years of experience. She began her medical career in New Jersey and New York and gradually made her way to Florida, finally settling in South Florida. She joined the SMC group in 2015.

Dr. Janice Milligan

With over 50 years of experience and degrees from Harvard and WVU, Dr. Milligan is an expert in holistic family medicine. She specializes in multigenerational care, emphasizing health equity and the integration of behavioral health into primary care.

Ayumi Minami

Ms. Ayumi was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. Being of Japanese descent, young Ayumi would be her mom’s translator at doctor’s appointments and realized early on the need for a reliable pediatric medical home. After high school, Ayumi went to Tokyo to begin her nursing education and then back to New York to begin her nursing career. Ayumi has been a Pediatric nurse practitioner for over 17 years.

Dr. Rafael Rosales

With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Rafael is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients. He combines a strong clinical background with advanced training as a family nurse practitioner to provide thorough evaluations, accurate diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans.

 
Nurse Practitioner

Daylena Montano

Ms. Daylena Montano was born and raised in Havana, Cuba, and moved to the United States with her parents in 2004 through a lottery visa. Motivated by a passion for helping others, she pursued a career in healthcare and earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. 
She has been practicing Family Medicine since 2018. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and women’s health. Outside of work, Daylena enjoys spending time with her daughter, creating special memories to cherish.
